About the role

  • The Business Development Manager – Healthcare Vertical is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously optimizing the full go‑to‑market strategy for the healthcare market.
  • Acting as the public face of the company within the healthcare industry.
  • Drive demand generation, develop high‑impact content, support sales enablement efforts, and position the organization as a trusted leader across key healthcare engineering, planning, and infection‑prevention communities.
  • Identify and develop all necessary tools, content, and campaigns required to accelerate funnel creation and conversion.
  • Create high‑quality, audience‑specific content using the language, challenges, and value propositions unique to healthcare decision makers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, vertical market strategy, or product marketing—preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare decision‑making ecosystem and strong relationships within key industry organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to speak at national events.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to quickly create effective content, tools, and sales enablement materials.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Ability to navigate highly cross‑functional environments and collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort managing KPI‑driven performance.
  • Candidates must live in Florida.
