About the role
- Responsible for all Zurn Elkay sink business development, working with Sales Team to deliver.
- Develop, align and supervise execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Directors and Regional team.
- Assist Directors & Finance in forecasting.
- Develop/maintain strong key relationships with Winsupply.
- Collaborate and assist with Area Manager Sales team to deliver budget.
- Work with Product Management to identify gaps & new opportunities for BU business.
- Work with Product Management to assist ZE product training development in order to communicate value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related discipline required.
- 5+ years of related sales and/or product management experience in the field.
- Experience with water management and plumbing products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Focus – Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Action Oriented – Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
