About the role
- Own customer requests end-to-end, from policy reinstatements to surrender requests.
- Connect with customers, gathering information, offering updates, and providing a genuinely supportive experience.
- Maintain accurate records by updating key details in our systems with precision.
- Investigate customer requests, collaborating with colleagues to reach the best possible outcome quickly.
- Stay compliant with all company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
- Warm, approachable, and a natural communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Someone who values accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems.
- A supportive team player who can also manage tasks independently.
- Experienced in customer service — and if you have industry experience, even better!
