About the role
- interacting with customers and support sales team as required
- daily monitoring of Work Manager tasks to meet KPI/SLA requirements
- timely and accurate Accounts issued
- dealing with day-to-day queries and action within SLA’s
- liaising with internal teams to improve customer focus
- involvement in the Daily comm cell meetings discussing workloads, concerns, and plan for the day
- contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- initiate and implement process improvement ideas
- sharing knowledge and expertise
- understanding the impact of the Accounts in relation to ZCR’s Debt position
- working closely with the Key Financial Controls team to identify and resolve reconciliation difference
Requirements
- previous experience using Excel and other Microsoft packages
- confident speaking on the phone
- passionate about customers and driving through continuous improvement
- ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and priorities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent judgement and decision-making skills
- excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis
- able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of ZCR
