- Partner with customers to help attract, engage, and hire top talent from diverse backgrounds
- Support the TA Strategy and key team priorities including employer brand, strategic sourcing, digital and diversity agenda

Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, process, and communication capabilities
- Outstanding proactive sourcing experience
- Curiosity about AI
- Proven in-house or RPO recruitment experience within a large, complex corporate environment
- Exposure to Insurance or Financial Services strongly preferred
- Experience with SuccessFactors ATS desirable but not mandatory
