Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, process, and communication capabilities
  • Outstanding proactive sourcing experience
  • Curiosity about AI
  • Proven in-house or RPO recruitment experience within a large, complex corporate environment
  • Exposure to Insurance or Financial Services strongly preferred
  • Experience with SuccessFactors ATS desirable but not mandatory
