About the role
- Manage the intake, prioritization and resolution of workplace relations cases
- Provide day-to-day workplace relations support to HR partners and leaders
- Work closely with the Head of Workplace Relations for Canada
- Play a leadership role, in collaboration with HR operations, on health & safety initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with more than 7 years of experience in workplace relations, HR consulting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment/labour legislation and workplace relations best practices
- Excellent data and analytics skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
