About the role

  • Implement the business development strategy for East and North China in alignment with national objectives.
  • Develop and manage both online and offline distribution partners, including OTAs, traditional agencies, and airlines.
  • Lead sales initiatives, track and optimize performance metrics, and supervise frontline distribution teams.
  • Continuously analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to refine and enhance sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and marketing teams to localize and customize product offerings for distribution partners.
  • Maintain compliance with Zurich China’s operational policies, business license requirements, and regulatory standards.

  • Deliver regular performance updates and insights to the National Sales Head.
  • Actively communicate and coordinate across internal teams to ensure operational and strategic alignment.
  • Represent East/North regional insights in national planning sessions and reviews.
