About the role
- Implement the business development strategy for East and North China in alignment with national objectives.
- Develop and manage both online and offline distribution partners, including OTAs, traditional agencies, and airlines.
- Lead sales initiatives, track and optimize performance metrics, and supervise frontline distribution teams.
- Continuously analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to refine and enhance sales strategy.
- Collaborate with underwriting and marketing teams to localize and customize product offerings for distribution partners.
- Maintain compliance with Zurich China’s operational policies, business license requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support regional distribution staff with clear KPIs and performance tracking.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-driven culture across teams in East and North China.
- Encourage continuous improvement and partner engagement.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with key partners to enhance customer reach and experience.
- Ensure Zurich's brand and service standards are upheld in all customer-facing activities across distribution channels.
- Deliver regular performance updates and insights to the National Sales Head.
- Actively communicate and coordinate across internal teams to ensure operational and strategic alignment.
- Represent East/North regional insights in national planning sessions and reviews.
