Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, recruitment, sales, or similar type of roles
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the confidence to work independently in a high pace environment
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • A willingness to learn new systems and embrace digital technology
  • The drive to make a difference for customers and a genuine desire to grow your career
