About the role
- Providing friendly, professional phone support to brokers and customers
- Building strong relationships with brokers and partners, becoming a trusted point of contact
- Learning and using Zurich’s digital platforms to make processes simple and efficient for our customers
- Managing your own queue of tasks, working independently with the support of your team
- Collaborating with colleagues across different teams to deliver great customer outcomes
- Sharing feedback and ideas to help us continually improve our products and services
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, recruitment, sales, or similar type of roles
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
- A positive, proactive attitude and the confidence to work independently in a high pace environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- A willingness to learn new systems and embrace digital technology
- The drive to make a difference for customers and a genuine desire to grow your career
