About the role

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with ART’s leadership and operational teams
  • Support the delivery of high-quality group insurance services
  • Drive Corporate new business and retention targets
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver improved service outcomes
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics

Requirements

  • Experience working in group insurance, superannuation, or financial services
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation capability
  • Ability to interpret data and identify insights
