About the role
- Build and nurture strong relationships with ART’s leadership and operational teams
- Support the delivery of high-quality group insurance services
- Drive Corporate new business and retention targets
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver improved service outcomes
- Monitor and report on performance metrics
Requirements
- Experience working in group insurance, superannuation, or financial services
- Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large institutional clients
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and presentation capability
- Ability to interpret data and identify insights
