About the role

  • Based in Cologne, you will manage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment in the Azure Cloud and actively shape the underlying infrastructure
  • Your focus is on stable, error-free operations, automating deployments, and building robust, monitoring-driven operations
  • Using your expertise, you ensure the reliable operation of the CRM system and its interfaces in Azure
  • You are responsible for deploying patches and updates via CI/CD and for managing the Azure infrastructure with Terraform
  • You analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents; for bug fixes, you will also independently develop solutions when necessary
  • You build application and infrastructure components, continuously extend them, and monitor them with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
  • In close collaboration with Business Analysts, you participate in development and testing and support efficient release and change planning
  • You actively contribute to innovative projects and drive the continuous advancement of our IT environment

Requirements

  • Dedicated, independent working style and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Strong service orientation as well as team-oriented and clear communication within interdisciplinary teams
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Ideally, knowledge of C# and Angular and initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience in Azure Cloud operations and agile software deployment with Jira and GitHub; Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
  • Practical experience in IT operations and environment management; confident handling of incident, problem, and patch management
  • Successfully completed degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
