About the role
- Help deliver an effective Governance and Risk Management Framework for UK Operations
- Coordinate and support documentation for risk and control activities across UK Operations
- Manage governance administration and support the use of relevant systems within the Operations function
- Ensure timely completion of risk, controls, and governance actions
- Assist with quarterly risk management reviews and controls testing
- Organise and support Operations Governance meetings
- Review existing Governance Frameworks, suggesting improvements where needed
- Foster a strong governance culture by building positive relationships with stakeholders
- Support the team with breach and event logging
- Drive data-led improvements by designing and building Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions
Requirements
- Confident using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Comfortable with AI tools such as ZuriChat and CoPilot
- Experience designing and creating solutions with Power BI and Power Apps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Committed to high-quality work and meeting deadlines
- Effective working independently and as part of a team
