About the role

  • Take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of DA Direkt's GEO and SEO initiatives
  • Independently manage classic SEO activities and perform technical analyses and optimizations
  • Expand GEO activities and use expertise to create reports and analyses of relevant metrics
  • Analyze large data sets and derive recommendations for technical and content-related website improvements
  • Work closely with Website Management, CRM and Data Analytics teams, and coordinate with developers and agencies

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in project management
  • Strong analytical thinking and a solid understanding of performance marketing and relevant sales KPIs
  • High interest in AI topics and strong willingness to pursue independent professional development
  • Ideally basic knowledge of the Sitecore CMS
  • Confident use of SISTRIX, Google Search Console and GA4
  • Extensive expertise in the use of LLMs and Agentic AI
  • Many years of experience in SEO, ideally from an agency background
