About the role

  • Perform requirement analysis sessions with business stakeholders
  • Gather insights and clarify needs
  • Provide technical feasibility assessments and Proofs of Concept
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions
  • Document code, processes, and system architectures
  • Participate in Agile framework activities such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • 2 years of experience in IT development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • German fluent, English is a must
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Ideally have experience with databases (MS-SQL, Mongo, Postgres)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub, ADO)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Proficiency in Java, Microservices-Apache Camel, Spring Boot, Helm chart
