About the role
- You oversee and coordinate the daily operation of the Guidewire PolicyCenter system and ensure that all requirements are met
- You work closely with the IT teams to optimize system performance and resolve issues quickly
- You analyze and improve existing processes to increase the system's efficiency and effectiveness
- You conduct training sessions and workshops for users to improve their understanding and adoption of the system
- You produce regular reports and analyses to monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in operating and managing IT systems, ideally within the insurance sector
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured working approach
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
