About the role
- Proactively partner with hiring managers and business leaders for high-quality, targeted hiring.
- Champion internal mobility; focus external recruitment on key skill gaps.
- Support Diversity & Inclusion at every stage—from attraction to onboarding.
- Administer end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
- Use data and insights to influence recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver an impactful Zurich welcome.
- Contribute to HR projects and cross-company initiatives for ongoing improvement.
- Share successes, collaborate on challenges, and model Zurich’s values every day.
Requirements
- Proven Talent Acquisition experience; in-house and IT/technical hiring an advantage.
- Relevant degree; CIPD qualification valued.
- Strong communication, organisation, and administration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Service-oriented, team-focused, and committed to compliance.
- Passion for HR, continuous learning, and delivering a positive experience.
