About the role
- You work across teams and departments and are responsible for technical customer service topics
- In this role you act with a customer-, sales- and company-oriented as well as strategic mindset
- With your expertise you support as a problem solver (e.g., by developing workarounds) and provide advice in all directions (including employees and management)
- You serve as the link and interface to other areas (e.g., LPD) and act as the voice of the ZKS
- You enjoy driving initiatives forward and developing them further — and with us you have the opportunity to actively contribute your ideas to projects
- You apply your methodological and implementation skills (e.g., agile ways of working, LEAN, confident use of relevant tools) across various topics
Requirements
- Team player, strong communication skills, confident demeanor, ability to manage conflicts
- Service-oriented mindset, quality and service awareness, and a keen sense for customer needs and trends
- University degree or commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on business administration, service/customer management, or communications
- Experience in customer service, strong analytical skills in complex matters, and a solid understanding of digital processes and working methods
- Confident use of digital tools, enthusiasm for innovation, and interest in cultural development
