💰 $22 - $30 per hour
About the role
- Manage liability and property damage claims caseload that consists of low to moderate exposure
- Own assigned claims from end to end and resolve claims according to best practices
- Build partnerships with customers and brokers
- Facilitate in-person connections and collaborative activities when meaningful
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and no prior experience required in the Claims area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and no prior experience required in the Claims area
- Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
