About the role

  • At the Cologne location, you will work closely with various specialist and organizational units to jointly develop tailored solutions for our customers
  • You will continuously look for opportunities to optimize our processes and carry out your tasks independently, in a structured manner and on schedule
  • You will approach complex matters with motivation, analyse challenges and find efficient, customer-focused solutions
  • In your daily work you will use your scope of action responsibly to provide our customers with excellent service
  • In addition, you will ensure that all agreed service targets, service criteria and internal company guidelines are met

Requirements

  • Customer focus, strong communication skills, team spirit and commitment
  • Completed training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in occupational pensions
  • Experience in customer support and a strong service- and results-orientation
  • Knowledge of service processes and experience handling complex insurance enquiries
  • Very good German language skills and confident use of common Office tools
