About the role
- Maintain close relationships with insurance brokers in Campinas
- Strengthen connections and deepen relationships with insurance brokers in Campinas and the surrounding region
- Execute the sales plan for the broker network under your management
- Prepare and analyze business plans for strategic brokers, and build and update the sales pipeline
- Manage and analyze portfolios of strategic brokers under your responsibility, focusing on sales expansion
- Study the market, the region and competitors; identify opportunities and propose actions to expand the portfolio and obtain new business
- Use commercial management tools to better develop tactical action plans
- Monitor the performance of strategic brokers, presenting financial performance indicators to assist them in managing their portfolios, in order to generate positive results and identify opportunities
- Support product knowledge development and deliver the best tools enabling brokers to provide optimal risk advisory to clients
- Train and develop strategic brokers
- Evaluate and identify new partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance or related fields
- Availability to travel
- Basic English
- Required knowledge of insurance products and their various lines of business (Life and General Insurance)
- Experience in commercial roles within the insurance market is required
- Multi-product knowledge: technically masters products and services in the market; able to explain solutions in detail and identify the most suitable solution for each client
- Negotiation: able to negotiate skillfully in difficult situations with internal and external stakeholders; resolve differences with minimal friction; secure advantages without causing harm; act decisively and energetically as well as diplomatically; quickly earn the trust of those they interact with
- Results/action orientation: demonstrates initiative and clear focus on executing actions and achieving results and targets; turns difficulties and challenges into opportunities; performs analysis and planning to deliver on time
- Business vision and financial information analysis: understands the insurance industry, organizational strategies and their role and expected contributions; seeks continuous internal knowledge, identifying areas that can contribute to leveraging results; presents current market data, trends and solutions in internal and external communications and is curious to learn and consider different market perspectives.
