About the role
- In the greater Munich/Stuttgart area you will be the reliable point of contact for our clients for all questions regarding rehabilitation after an accident
- You coordinate between insured persons, relatives, physicians, hospitals, payers, employers and, when necessary, lawyers
- After an accident you accompany affected individuals in person and by phone, applying empathy and professional expertise
- You organize access to doctors, clinics and therapists to ensure optimal recovery
- You develop appropriate care approaches, implement them in practice and provide supportive guidance to all parties involved
- As an essential support, you promote professional and social reintegration and tailor your approach to the individual needs of those affected
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills, high initiative and structured, analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability and a confident manner
- High resilience and a calm, solution-oriented approach to stress and conflict situations
- Completed training or a degree in rehabilitation counseling, clinical social work or as a registered nurse (RN)
- Several years of experience in clinical care, ideally in orthopedics, trauma/accident surgery, neurology, trauma care or rehabilitation medicine
- Solid knowledge of social insurance law and sectoral healthcare provision
- Empathy and enjoyment in working with people of all ages
- Very good German language skills and a confident command of MS Office
- Willingness to travel and a Class B driving license
