About the role
- Prepare analytical reviews of business unit performance
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Business Unit Partners
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with planning tools (e.g., SAP-BPC, Anaplan) and ERP systems (SAP/BW)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field or High School Diploma with relevant experience
