About the role
- Manage relationships with key Program partners
- Support the development and execution of the business pipeline
- Guide and mentor team members and underwriters
- Monitor underwriting performance metrics and data to identify trends
- Drive the implementation of underwriting strategy and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 or more years of experience in P&C underwriting
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to organize and lead multiple projects and initiatives
- People leadership experience, with track record of developing and fostering talent
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements
- FCIP or equivalent designation
