About the role
- Provide Trustee secretariat support services
- Take ownership of administrative tasks related to scheme governance
- Assist the governance and secretariat team
- Ensure document-sharing portals are updated
- Gather responses from Trustee directors
- Arrange meetings regarding discretionary benefits
- Manage Trustee policy review timetable
Requirements
- Experience or awareness of the legislative and regulatory framework governing DB / DC occupational pension schemes
- Experience delivering administrative tasks and dealing with problems
- Interest in developing knowledge of governance requirements applicable to pension schemes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively from home as part of a team
- Good time management and work prioritization
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to embrace technology
