About the role

  • Provide Trustee secretariat support services
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks related to scheme governance
  • Assist the governance and secretariat team
  • Ensure document-sharing portals are updated
  • Gather responses from Trustee directors

Requirements

  • Experience or awareness of the legislative and regulatory framework governing DB / DC occupational pension schemes
  • Experience delivering administrative tasks and dealing with problems
  • Interest in developing knowledge of governance requirements applicable to pension schemes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively from home as part of a team
  • Good time management and work prioritization
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to embrace technology
