About the role
- Administer all HR processes (e.g., onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, data changes)
- Ensure their timely and accurate execution and prepare all related documents such as employment contracts, amendments, and agreements
- Draft and review employment and interim references as well as employment confirmations
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Optimize HR processes and ensure they comply with client requirements and legal regulations
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes
Requirements
- Commercial vocational qualification or Matura (Swiss secondary school leaving certificate)
- Additional HR training advantageous (e.g., HR Assistant; HR Specialist)
- Experience in HR administration within an HR Shared Services environment
- Understanding of HR processes and Swiss labor law
- Service- and solution-oriented personality
- Detail-oriented and accurate working style
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German and English (C1–C2); French and/or Italian advantageous
