About the role
- Analyze risk exposures by reviewing risk controls, loss history, and financial condition
- Assist underwriters by evaluating and recommending inputs related to policy rating and pricing
- Track contingencies, issue binders and endorsements, coordinating with internal service units
- Engage with brokers, agents, and customers, conducting planned interactions and on-site visits
- Build strong working relationships across internal teams and with broker partners
- Support and mentor team members by providing coaching and problem-solving assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in Insurance, Underwriting, or Market Facing
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory environment
- Experience in data collection and analysis
- Experience with insurance processing, rating, and policy management systems
- Customer service background
- Problem-solving experience
- Experience servicing portfolios across multiple lines of business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
