About the role
- You handle incoming inquiries via the HR portal, chat, email or telephone
- You provide immediate solutions or involve the appropriate HR specialist teams when needed
- You administer HR-relevant processes and ensure their timely and accurate execution
- You maintain data in SAP (HR module) or SuccessFactors
- You support the optimization of HR processes and projects
Requirements
- Commercial basic training (vocational business apprenticeship) — additional HR training is an advantage
- Flexibility and a strong customer focus
- High IT affinity and a quick grasp of new information
- Service- and solution-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent German and good English skills; French or Italian is a plus
