About the role
- Lead the end-to-end administration for new hire enrollments, leaver processing, and off-cycle qualifying life events while owning the monthly benefits-to-payroll data bridge
- Act as the primary administrator for all time-off and leave of absence programs across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, ensuring all payroll inputs and statutory requirements are met
- Manage the submission and tracking of insurance claims for disability and sick leave, conducting quarterly headcount audits to ensure 100% data integrity with all benefit providers
- Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex employee inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs and educating staff on the most beneficial support options
- Identify process ambiguities to document solutions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage the end-to-end invoice reconciliation process for all vendor billing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of dedicated experience in HR Benefits administration, with a heavy emphasis on operational delivery and leave management
- Deep knowledge of employment/labor laws and statutory benefit offerings across multiple EMEA countries such as the UK, Germany, and France
- Technical proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), payroll systems, and benefit vendor portals
- Advanced Excel skills for data auditing, payroll reporting, and invoice reconciliation
