About the role
- Oversee international payroll processing and review reports from third-party agencies to ensure accurate filings and disbursements
- Manage in-house payroll via Dayforce including reconciliation, submission, and payment processing for assigned locations
- Ensure strict adherence to regional laws, company policies, and internal controls for global payroll compliance
- Lead payroll system enhancements and collaborate with stakeholders on finance transformation and automation initiatives
- Manage month-end reconciliations, audit workpapers, and checklist tasks to support quarterly and annual finance reviews
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant 8-12 years of payroll processing experience, ideally supporting EMEA, APAC, or Latin America regions
- Proven experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and managing complex data sets
- Direct experience handling payroll audits, inspections, and compliance assessments
