About the role

  • Execute required implementation tasks according to the implementation plan and make adjustments as necessary
  • Meet established schedule deadlines for implementation completion
  • Support established communication schedule and provide updates to team members so they may communicate on the progress of implementations
  • Work with the implementation manager to ensure proper system set up and functionality for each client
  • Appropriately document implementation activities
  • Participate in required client calls to be available for questions regarding implementation completion
  • Ensure that the implementation deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
  • Support current client base with new or existing implementation needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Management
  • 2 + years in a project management role with responsibility for owning the project plan
  • Proficiency in MS Office product suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working across multiple functions within an organization
  • Ability to do what it takes to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and adherence to established processes
