About the role

  • Lead acquisition and expansion of high-value national partnerships generating over £50 million in GMV
  • Set sales rhythm and strategy, oversee verticals, craft go-to-market plans, manage launches and relationships
  • Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with major national merchants, manage sales process to contract negotiation
  • Craft tailored value propositions and commercial models, collaborate with product and tech for bespoke solutions
  • Represent Zopa at industry events, deliver talks, network, and apply insights to refine strategy
  • Work independently in the field using data and market insights to shape vertical strategies and pilot customer journeys

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in national-level sales or partnerships, preferably within fintech, retail, or SaaS
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence at C-suite level
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and building consensus
