About the role
- Help launch and support HR systems (performance reviews, learning platforms, HR tools)
- Audit HR data and build workflows, SOPs, and policies to make processes smoother and smarter
- Support performance review cycles, career pathing, and learning & development programs
- Be the go-to HR contact in the Austin office and help create a great employee experience
- Plan engagement activities and events (team events, celebrations, office initiatives, virtual events)
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, and employee questions
- Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and reports
- Support compensation benchmarking and workforce analytics projects
- Partner with leaders and employees across departments on HR initiatives and special projects
- Help out across the business when opportunities pop up
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- No prior HR experience required
