💰 $110,000 - $130,000 per year

About the role

  • Develop, deliver, and continually improve field training for Clinical Specialists and Technical Specialists
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all clinical field training programs
  • Build and maintain core training content covering clinical knowledge, implantation workflow, device programming, and key data
  • Develop training tools and programs that support effective skill development and consistent field performance
  • Provide programmer training and education to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with Medical Education and subject matter experts to develop and deliver customer-facing education
  • Partner with Field Leadership to monitor new-hire progression and support certification decisions
  • Support new product launches, as needed
  • Assess training needs and implement targeted solutions that improve field capability
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with implantable medical devices required
  • Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management preferred
  • Experience with sleep medicine a plus
  • 2+ years of experience with developing and/or implementing clinical training programs or curriculum design strongly preferred
  • IBHRE a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Proactive, resourceful, and accountable
  • Ability to travel (including overnight stays) up to 25-60% as needed
