About the role
- Responsible for service contracts and post-delivery support in Central Europe
- Extended warranty for new business: promote service contracts to customers covered by a factory warranty or whose warranty has expired
- Training: promote training courses to eligible customers
- Coordinate processes, scheduling and billing for customers' technical trainings and services
- Meet customer requirements and achieve or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Work closely with other European technical service departments and headquarters
- Analyze sales cycles and propose improvements to increase customer retention
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, technical service, facility management, fleet management, or similar fields
- Understanding of service contracts and their value
- Ability to influence KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
- Excellent presentation skills and a persuasive presence
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Experience with reporting tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent employee retention
