About the role
- Build and manage virtualization and cloud orchestration platforms including OpenNebula and Kubernetes
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads across on-prem Kubernetes clusters
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for on-prem environments
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and Packer
- Optimize Kubernetes for GPU workloads and high-performance rendering tasks
- Set up and configure physical infrastructure including servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment
- Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Maintain secure backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes
- Document systems, processes, and runbooks for internal use
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering
- Strong Linux and Windows administration skills across multiple distributions
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster setup, configuration, management, and optimization
- Strong Proficiency infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Packer)
- Familiarity with OpenNebula or other on-prem cloud platforms
- Experience with physical infrastructure setup and configuration (servers, storage, networking)
- Strong Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline design
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, creative environments
