About the role
- Bank reconciliations and classification of accounting entries
- Accounting records and financial organization
- Preparation of accounting and financial reports (Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet)
- Closing of balance sheets and income statements
- Client communication via email, WhatsApp and phone
- Creation and maintenance of controls and Excel spreadsheets
- Support in clients' tax and financial organization
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical certification (required)
- University degree in Accounting in progress or completed (preferred)
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting
- Experience with bookkeeping and financial close
- QuickBooks (essential)
- Excel / Microsoft Office
- Accounting and financial management systems
