About the role
- Lead complex technical and strategic initiatives to drive optimized delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.
- Engage in designing, coding, reviewing, and testing features in alignment with agile practices.
- Influence the architectural direction of products, including the design and delivery of prototypes.
- Solving complex problems and transforming them into business solutions.
- Leveraging your expertise in the current technology stack, which includes Python, MySQL, React, AWS, K8S, Terraform and many more.
- Working on various customer-facing features and deeply technical projects that will both contribute to our long-term success.
- Effectively communicate delivery status and technical strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an agile environment.
- Tech lead role, still hands-on, able to guide the team regarding technical questions.
- Proactively find problems of existing system/product and offer solutions.
- Strong English and Hungarian communication skills.
- Familiarity with our technology stack: Python, K8S, React, TS, MySQL, AWS.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS and agile development environments, preferably in a startup or dynamic tech company.
- Experience in leading complex technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Interest in AI technology and staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field is an advantage.
