- Supporting both high performance machine learning and full-stack development initiatives, ensuring the engineering team builds solutions with a focus on scale, performance, and reliability.
- Developing and executing a technical strategy that focuses on business growth, from improving bidding algorithms to driving competition and growth for clients.
- Championing mentorship, career development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure SPO initiatives are well-integrated within the broader Zocdoc platform.
