About the role
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with the world's largest Enterprise job advertising agencies.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of agency accounts, understanding key contacts, organization structure, initiatives, budget cycles, and historical and projected performance.
- Build strong relationships with agency decision-makers, including account executives, account managers, and directors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow agency relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of strategic consultative sales experience, preferably in recruitment or advertising.
- Proven experience in selling and consulting on pay-for-performance solutions to recruitment advertising agencies.
- Strong skills in building and leveraging industry and account relationships.
- Proven ability to engage in challenging conversations and handle objections.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
