Product Designer

• Lead end-to-end design for key product areas — discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
• Define user problems, map flows, and shape information architecture to create clear, usable experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product analytics, and post-launch insights.
• Help shape the design practices and conventions that set how design happens at Zipliens as the team grows.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive, well-crafted experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
• Work with Operations and other internal stakeholders to understand how the product is used and where it can serve them better.
• Build out and evolve our Figma design system — components, patterns, and conventions that scale with the product.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, content generation, and research synthesis — without losing the design thinking that makes the work good.
