About the role
- Support communications team with research and reporting
- Assist in drafting copy for campaigns
- Manage company swag inventory and systems
- Update internal announcements and press pages
- Monitor and manage press inbox
- Contribute ideas for social and design assets
- Provide administrative support for events
- Organize marketing team meetings and activities
- Track media coverage and maintain media lists
- Escalate media coverage issues appropriately
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in marketing or PR
- SaaS experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and problem-solve
- Experience with team collaboration
- Familiarity with marketing metrics
