About the role
- Lead the client's brand presence for multiple brands across social channels.
- Own the social strategy, content, community, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Brand, CX, Creative, PR/Comms, and Growth Marketing to deliver best-in-class social experiences that build trust and advocacy.
Requirements
- 6+ years in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications; multi-channel ownership.
- Proven track record driving growth, engagement, and brand sentiment in B2C and/or B2B contexts, ideally in a regulatory and / or financial services environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Experience of managing social media in different regions and languages
- Expertise in short-form video (Reels/TikTok), LinkedIn thought leadership, and community building.
- Experience with influencer/creator programmes and contractual compliance.
- Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative briefing skills.
- Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
