Technical Recruiter

• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including technical (engineering) and non-technical.
• Be a Strategic Partner: Work directly with the founding team to understand critical business needs and define ideal candidate profiles for roles.
• Build the Engine: Take ownership of our ATS, building out the processes to facilitate a fast, efficient, and data-driven recruiting function.
• Champion the Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging your empathy and communication skills to sell candidates on our vision and ensure every person has a world-class experience.
• Source the Unfindable: Utilize your expertise with tools like LinkedIn to actively hunt for and engage the "rockstar" talent that isn't actively looking.
