About the role
- Own the Top of the Funnel: Drive the sourcing strategy for your pod, using your expertise to build a deep pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Proactive Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize your skills with LinkedIn, advanced Boolean search, and other creative channels to find and engage top passive talent.
- Build the "Hot List": Actively build and nurture our "Hot List" of pre-vetted, high-potential candidates, ensuring we have a warm pipeline for our most critical roles.
- Initial Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls and administer assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and motivation, ensuring only well-matched talent moves forward in the process.
- Market Intelligence: Collaborate with your Recruiter partner to analyze market trends and provide insights on talent pools to continuously refine your sourcing strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or top-of-funnel recruiting role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
- A proven track record of using proactive sourcing techniques to find and engage passive candidates.
- Expertise with modern sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn and advanced Boolean logic.
- Expertise searching, finding and placing Technical roles (such as Software Engineers, QA Analysts, UX/UI Designers, among others).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and conduct professional screening calls.
- Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining a clean pipeline in an ATS.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
