About the role
- Drive development across the breadth of Intake and Collaboration, building intelligent intake systems and defining core collaboration primitives – including commenting, notifications, and messaging integrations – across web, mobile, and external surfaces.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering and design to define requirements, provide product direction, make tradeoffs, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade participation experiences.
- Conduct structured product discovery, including stakeholder interviews, competitive research, usage analysis, and usability testing to identify friction points in first-time and infrequent user experiences.
- Test, validate, and measure success using well-defined metrics such as intake quality, user activation, engagement across surfaces, and reduction in support or rework.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of product management and 4-8+ years of overall professional experience; experience working with SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured components and develop clear recommendations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across engineering, design, sales, customer teams, and partner teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and level of detail to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
