About the role

  • Supports key operational and strategic initiatives across the supply chain
  • Assembles, analyzes, and interprets data to generate actionable insights
  • Maintains and automates reports and dashboards for S&OP process
  • Analyzes inventory positions, financial impacts, and key metrics
  • Produces daily and weekly operational reports
  • Provides ad-hoc reporting and analytical support
  • Conducts root-cause analysis on service and operational issues
  • Leads or supports process improvement initiatives
  • Performs additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of core supply chain concepts and metrics
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, advanced functions)
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
  • SQL or database querying experience
