About the role
- Handle inbound leads generated from our marketing team
- Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling efforts
- Manage and complete outbound call campaigns to targeted prospects
- Conduct online demos and conversations regarding sophisticated technology
- Interact with customers who are real estate agents, owners of real estate companies, office managers and admin staff
- Attend industry events, conduct customer visits, conduct seminars, trade shows, etc.
Requirements
- Prior software sales experience with demonstrated success and positive references
- Comfortable prospecting by phone and managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com
- Hard-working, with a positive demeanor and a sense of humor
- An experienced Real Estate or technology sales or similar inside sales experience selling intangible products or services (1+ years)
- A professional presenter who articulates and engages via phone, webinar and in person
- Completed four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Be articulate, and demonstrate detailed follow-up
- Be very technology savvy with experience in Salesforce.com and Salesloft or equivalent
- Have strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Able to self-manage their daily activities to achieve a sales quota each month
- Effective working with customers to solve problems
- 1-year of sales experience closing your own sales
