About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Zillow’s agent-facing portfolio
  • Develop scalable messaging and value proposition frameworks across the agent lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Finance on pricing and packaging strategy
  • Represent product marketing strategy, trade-offs, and performance results to executive stakeholders
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches
  • Partner closely with Growth, Field, and Brand leaders to ensure alignment between positioning and campaign strategy
  • Synthesize sales insights, customer feedback, and market data to shape product roadmap priorities
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Product Marketers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product or product marketing leadership roles
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience, including management of senior-level talent
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-year strategy and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Experience in B2B, marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based environments
  • Strong executive communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with strong financial and analytical acumen.
