About the role
- Lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Zillow’s agent-facing portfolio
- Develop scalable messaging and value proposition frameworks across the agent lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Finance on pricing and packaging strategy
- Represent product marketing strategy, trade-offs, and performance results to executive stakeholders
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches
- Partner closely with Growth, Field, and Brand leaders to ensure alignment between positioning and campaign strategy
- Synthesize sales insights, customer feedback, and market data to shape product roadmap priorities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Product Marketers
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product or product marketing leadership roles
- 6+ years of people leadership experience, including management of senior-level talent
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-year strategy and revenue-driving initiatives
- Experience in B2B, marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based environments
- Strong executive communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with strong financial and analytical acumen.
