About the role
- Assist in creating and executing strategies to optimize ad delivery across platforms such as Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
- Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Support overall health and performance of ad delivery systems; conduct regular system checks
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with third-party vendors to maintain system integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support projects aimed at enhancing system capabilities and expanding functionalities
- Assist in defining project goals and writing technical documentation
- Perform technical analysis to pivot data and review HTTPS requests
- Develop and maintain documentation for ad delivery systems and processes
- Contribute to advancing Zillow's advertising solutions and revenue-generation initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with ad technology or related technologies at a premium publisher
- Proficient in ad delivery platforms such as Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ads Manager (also Instagram, TikTok, Smartly, other ad serving technology)
- Familiar with CRM/OMS technology such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with coding concepts (e.g., scripting, automation, or data analysis)
- Experience with AI concepts or tools and ability to help implement AI-driven solutions
- Technical analysis skills to pivot data and review HTTPS requests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and handling ambiguity
- Self-starter with a drive to implement ideas and initiatives
- Eye for efficiency, usability, scale and automation
- Actively participate in the industry to build connections for sourcing vendors
