About the role
- Support three growing automotive and eCommerce businesses
- Ensure seamless order processing and supplier coordination
- Process accounts email inbox and clear into folders
- Upload invoices and process credits
- Maintain accuracy across inventory and accounting systems
- Process dropship orders and prioritize same-day dispatch
- Monitor fulfilment workflow and escalate delays
- Assist with ongoing content planning and marketing processes
Requirements
- Must have experience in CIN7
- Proven experience using Cin7 Core
- Strong Shopify backend experience
- Experience reconciling accounts in Xero
- Purchase Order processing experience
- Supplier communication & follow-up
- High attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
