About the role
- Manage high-volume inbound phone calls and emails, providing accurate and timely information regarding funding applications, payment schedules, and account statuses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers
- Investigate and resolve client discrepancies or concerns
- Process new funding contracts and update client records with high attention to detail
- Conduct polite and professional follow-ups regarding overdue payments
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify bottlenecks in the customer journey
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably within financial services, insurance, or premium funding
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working with figures, interest rates, and payment calculations
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during peak periods
